Innovating to build government in fragile states

 With 60 million people displaced by conflict in 2014, and two-thirds of the world’s poor estimated to live in fragile states by 2030, the question of how to help governments and societies effectively find their way out of fragility and into sustainable stability and development is becoming increasingly critical.


Rafat Al-Akhali, co-founder and partner at DeepRoot, chaired a panel on May 19th at the Challenges of Government Conference to discuss innovative approaches to building government in fragile states.
